Job Description
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance the online presence of our international clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data, manage multiple accounts, and create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement social media strategies that align with the business goals of our international clients.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Community Management: Monitor, engage, and grow the social media communities of our clients by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective social media campaigns.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.
- Ad Management: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to boost engagement and reach target audiences.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably with international clients.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO and online marketing best practices.
